If he is using a Apple product like a Mac. There have been some problems occuring. I tried to sign into my account and it was a auto reboot of page. I tried to sign in a day or two later and it said wrong password. ( hasn't changed in a few years ). I tried changing passwords just same thing. Figured I would just wait a while and let them catch up with all the Apple software chaning going on.

I can log in on my phone to the forum. I think it is Firefox that is the culprit.
