I signed up for tv in store and and never registered the account. Will I still be billed when the BRE period is over? Or because I’ve never registered the account will it not trigger a charge?

You will be charged. Better cancel immediately. Keep track of your charges in the future. Why did you not register? Like any other subscription if you don't cancel they don't care.

Contact them directly by phone to cancel. No one here can cancel the service for you.
