how to unzoom guide

my guide is zoomed in and also when fast forwarding am unable to read, how can I fix this? I have rebooted several times with no change, the zoom button on the remote has no option to zoom or change. My user ID won’t work

I’m trying to link the NBC app to my ATT tv service (u-verse) but I keep receiving an error message that it’s not correct. I then tried to sign in to the u-verse app with my member ID and p/w and I’m receding an error message that it’s not accepted because it’s an att ID. Help!!
