U-verse TV Equipment

Both the wired and wireless receivers DVR recordings play back with lag, pixelized, freeze every few minutes. No lag anywhere else: The internet is fine. The DVR records scheduled shows fine. Watching TV, streaming, cable shows is fine. I have rebooted endlessly... Useless. How do I fix lagging play

So uverse tv receivers have always had issues with when you first turn them on having a bad HDCP handshake and faoly to produce sound on TV. It is so sad that I can’t do anything in an old lady to get help with changing my U-verse service..something simple probably to do..instead of asking me what I wanted.. I was given 300 channels.. I have tried everything for help

Replacement receiver works normally, but when not used for a while, it displays flashing green & red lights. I assume this means something has gone wrong. But I can't find a troubleshooting guide to tell me what the error is. So, I just push the power button to reboot, and the lights stop flashing.

I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) . I can't be flipping the channel every 2 seco

Replaced receiver (old one died). Seems to be correctly hooked up but the screen has the uverse logo and the spinning ball going for 45 minutes or longer. No error message just that rotten spinning ball.

My U-verse app is no longer connecting to my gateway. I’m trying to use it as a remote (used to work) and it no longer does. I’ve uninstalled/installed the app, rebooted gateway, rebooted phone…. Signed out/in. Any suggestions?
