Uverse downgrade

ATT Uverse receiver Arris VIP 2262 flashing lights

Replacement receiver works normally, but when not used for a while, it displays flashing green & red lights. I assume this means something has gone wrong. But I can't find a troubleshooting guide to tell me what the error is. So, I just push the power button to reboot, and the lights stop flashing.

HD CHANNELS KEEP FREEZING

I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) . Cisco replacement uverse box connects to wifi but not tv

Replaced receiver (old one died). Seems to be correctly hooked up but the screen has the uverse logo and the spinning ball going for 45 minutes or longer. No error message just that rotten spinning ball.

U-verse app
