Why is on demand not available at night?

Is it just the On Demand or other stuff? Just one box or all?
Unplug your boxes. All of them.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug gateway back in.
Wait for lights to go normal.
Plug DVR back in.
Wait for normal operations.
Plug other receivers back in.
