Volume issue on directv stream gemini

Customer service said they are fixing volume issue on Gemini stream box with new update, when will this happen?

Hey, @tinmer. We're actively working on a fix, but we don't have a specific timeline. In the meantime, try this workaround: On the Osprey, go to Settings > System > Device Preferences > Audio and toggle Dolby audio on or off. We'll also send you a DM for further assistance. I'm having the same issue. If you go into settings--system--device preferences and choose audio then turn on dolby audio it fixes it for the time being.
