Volume Drop
Since 10/1/2025 the volume level has dropped in half when using PCM or no surround sound. Normally it's the other way around when I switch to surround sound setting but I do not like using that setting. I prefer PCM or no surround sound setting. I usually have my TV set about 10 on volume and now I must increase it to about 20 to get the same volume level. This seems to only be affected on my Gemini set top box and not my Amazon Firestick. I have reset the box several times and completed a complete factory reset per the trouble shooting guide to no avail.
Please correct this issue as soon as possible.

I'm having the same issue. Started 2 days ago using PCM. Changed it to dolby and the volume level went up but I prefer having no surround sound selected. Only happening on the Gemini box ...and no issue with the Gemini air

Same issue since 10/1 on 4 different Gemini boxes in our home... Driving us nuts having to set the volume on 28 when 10 used to be fine... Then when any other source is selected, it's blasting loud...

@Cougster there is a softwarec update that's rolling out now that fixes the issue. I received it Thursday night and mine is working properly now. I posted it a few days ago in another thread.

@tinmer Update is version 34.4.13.50 and it's rolling out now. They don't send updates out to everyone at the same time. You will most likely get it within the next 7 to 10 days.
