Stream just stopped working on my living room tv

Works fine in my son’s room. It has been fine for two years and now it’s just stopped working. I can log in but it just takes me to a blank Home Screen and none of the buttons on my remote work.

What streaming device are you using? Have you restarted the device?

It’s on the app through Amazon Fire. I have deleted, uninstalled, changed my password. It works great on my phone and tablet but not my tv

Curious, if you plug the device in the other TV, does it work there?

I was trying to post a picture. It isn’t exactly blank. It has DirectTV logo in the corner and “go to guide” at the top but nothing works and the rest of the screen is blue/black

Looks like the app just did not load all the way. If you select up on the remote wheel, it takes you to the guide as the "^go to guide" indicates. Does that work?

it’s two different TVs both with brand new fire sticks and neither work

TV does not matter. They are only dumb displays for the app. Is the TV that does not work closer to your router than the other? You might even restart your modem and router to see if the stream clears up.

Did all that. The router is actually closer to the two TVs that don’t work than the one that does. And I have no issues on my iPad or phone

Yes. Direct TV told me to reset my fire stick and Tv to factory settings. I’ll cancel my service before I do that

All I can tell you is that my 2 fire sticks are working fine. I don't understand why it will not load all the way on your 2 TV's and the other one it does. Since the service works on your iPad and phone, seems some weird going on with your environment.

Curious, are you a previous DirecTV or AT&T subscriber or perhaps have linked accounts?
