When starting a thread you need to explain the issue. Saying "same issue" means nothing when it is the first comment in a conversation, as opposed to a response in an existing discussion.

The basic fixes and first steps are usually universal:

Log out. Clear the cache. Unplug for 30 seconds. Plug back in.

@Juniper around the same time that person posted the above, they made a similar comment on a months-old thread about the screensaver coming on while watching on a Fire Stick. Maybe they were confused about how to comment on a forum.
