Restart issue with Gemini pendant
I am constantly having to do a restart on my Gemini pendant device. My WI-FI signal is very strong. I live in an apartment complex and there are others experiencing the same issue. Any suggestions?

I ran into the same problem with my Gemini pendant a few months back, and it drove me nuts having to keep restarting it. My Wi-Fi signal was fine too, but since I’m in a pretty packed apartment building, I figured the issue might be interference from all the other routers around me. I switched my router to a less crowded channel and that actually helped a lot. I also did a factory reset on the pendant just to clear things out, and since then it’s been running a lot smoother without needing constant restarts.

By "pendant" do you mean the Gemini Air, the dongle version of the Gemini?
Do you have your own router in your apartment, or is everyone trying to connect to an access point somewhere within the building?
Are you getting any error messages?
Is it restarting at the same point or function consistently, or is it seemingly random?
What troubleshooting have you already tried?

WiFi saturation is a current day issue, especially in tightly packed areas like apartments. Even if you have your own router, the other WiFi signals are still rather close.

Change your internet connection in the Gemini air setting to static ip using a Google servers 8.8.8.8 and an IP address is signed by your router.. see if that helps
