Pixelization

I’m experiencing a pixelated picture on one channel - NBC. It happens within watching live tv and on recorded show on the DVR. It happens while using the Gemini device and using the app on Appletv. And it occurs on two different tvs in my home. This would suggest to me it’s not on my end but from the source. Is there anything that can be done? This is a nagging issue.
