Manage series recording

I have DirecTV Stream on two of my Roku devices. My question is, why can I not have more control over my series that I have scheduled to record? Such as which channel to record from, and a way to modify or view all series that I had selected to record.

The reason for the first question is that I have scheduled a recording for a series, and I believe that at the initial creation, I selected only new episodes, but lately, I am getting episodes from another channel (like a game show channel that I never watched) of past episodes set to record, so I manually need to go and delete those from that other channel in the Library.

I am unable to view/modify shows that I had set to record. The only way I can see what is coming up would be in Upcoming in the Library. So if one of the shows that I want to check on is not recording in the Upcoming, there is no way to see what I had requested to record. I would like to be able to see all that I had requested to record. I know some shows might have been canceled, and I would like to be able to view and update the list of shows to record.
