Does Anyone Know What Has Caused The Abrupt Drop In Volume For Many Users In The Past Couple Of Weeks?

Mine was restored, just as mysteriously as it appeared, but I am still curious as to what seems to have caused it.

I reported this almost a month ago to support after I saw Build 34.4.11.29 was updated on my Ospreys (2) and still nothing yet. Of course support had me to a factory reset after I told them it was related to the build as another Osprey I have was on 34.4.9.34 without any volume issues. Still nothing as of today, getting to be quite an issue.
