Unable to remove OTA channels 4-1, 5-1, 7-1, etc.

Hello - I posted back in April 2025 but am still having issues with a guide on one (out of 4) tv's still showing all over the air channels.  I had to use the LCC antenna back when Tegna and Directv were not in agreement on contract to install local channels.  This was with older HR24 hardware.  I now have a Genie HR54/500, two C61K-700, and one older HR24-500.

The guide issue is on only one of the C61K-700's where all OTA channels are appearing in the channels I get.  None of the other TV's are showing these channels using the same "channels I get".  I tried hooking up the LCC antenna to the old HR24-500 but it doesn't recognize it and is only showing Satellite under the setup menu.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening, and only on 1 of the receivers?  I really don't want to go channel by channel to create a custom list where they are removed but will if that is my only option.

The LCC is only for the HR44 and HR54. Older boxes like HR24 use the legacy AM21.

The C61K is a Mini Genie, which is a Client not a receiver. As such it gets the info from the main Genie (HR54) as is an extension of it essentially.

If the OTA locals are showing on the Mini Gennie Client, but not the main Genie, that is rather odd. Verify coax is finger tight to all boxes. Either red button reset the main Genie and then when complete the Mini Genie for a refresh or unplug power from both for a couple minutes and then power up the Genie and again when complete the Mini. Be aware the 2nd option (power cycle) clears the memory cache including the guide data, so will have to download that from the satellite again.

On receivers I would consider as a last resort a reset back to default factory settings, but don't recall if Clients have that option.

And through your account on DirecTV's website, refresh service authorizations on the HR54 as that might kick through something it wasn't sharing with the C61K.

Hope something here gets it cleared for you. The LCC never officially left testing or made available for general sale, just limited quantities during those annoying local channel carriage negotiations. So there are probably some remaining quirks out there.
