Issues With Purchased Movie Playback

I have 20 or so purchased but I seem to have frequent issues with one.

This is when I'm trying to watch it form my T.V. (non-streaming).

Call of The Wild (1935)

I plays for a couple minutes then stops... no error message or anything. Sometimes it will just freeze or

sometimes it will stop and display 'Please wait while we prepare for playback.'

It plays fine on the Directv streaming app.

This does not occur on any of my other movie.

I've spoken to Directv support, and they did nothing to help the situation.

Any ideas why this is happening???

Have you tried restarting your device where you watch the movie, James? If restarting doesn't work, try deleting and downloading the movie title again. If the problem continues, let us know, we have a specialist ready to help you. Charles, DIRECTV Community Team
