My SONY KDL-60EX723 tv recognizes my Gemini Air as a "player1" at each HDMI input, but there is no picture or video on-screen.

My SONY KDL-60EX723 tv recognizes my Gemini Air as a "player1" at each HDMI input, but there is no picture or video on-screen.  I've performed hard & soft resets on both units, without success.  The SONY tv worked with the older Gemini model up until about a week ago, when its "Network" light started flashing red.  Spent way too much time on the phone with DirecTV support without correcting the problem.  I finally ordered a brand new Gemini Air.

The new Air's video/picture wasn't showing on the SONY tv; but when I tried it on another (VIZIO) tv, I was able to walk through the initial setup and updates.  Unfortunately, reconnecting to the SONY still results in no picture.

Now what?

We're here to help and want to know more, @m4rk0p0l0. Have you tried using another streaming device apart from Gemini/Gemini Air with your SONY TV and still have the same problem? If so, please contact the TV manufacturer for assistance. Otherwise, let us know, so we can take a closer look. Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team

I only have 3 DirecTV devices:  two Gemini Air and one Gemini.  If I swap the DirecTV devices, they behave similarly when connected to the SONY -- but I have no other HDMI pieces to try, besides the Gemini's.  The Gemini's each work when connected to either of the Vizio TVs that are in bedrooms.
