What's not working? Should be as easy as connecting the HDMI cable from the DirecTV box to one of your TV's HDMI INPUTS.

Your H23 connects by HDMI no matter what TV it is. What's the confusion?
Only if it is an older pre-HD TV do you have to do anything special.
