Upset new customer

I waited all day for them to call and come today and now I gotta wait again for tomorrow it's not right and I paid for the service to put in today

It is unfortunate that your appointment was missed. If they were able to reschedule for the very next day then you are very lucky there was an opening and not having to schedule another week or two out.

This should not be a common situation, but having to reschedule can happen to any company. None are immune from unexpected situations. Your monthly billing goes from the day you are installed, so you don't pay for service before that. Anything already paid would just be one-time charges for the order itself.
