Trying to cancel service
I am having trouble trying to cancel my service. Every time I call, I get put into and endless loop. Haven't been able to talk to a real person once. Is there any way I can talk to a human so I can cancel my service

Make sure you are calling the official support number (listed below just in case).
When you get the voice system say "cancel" which routes you to the correct group.
The agent is required to find out why you are canceling and make a reasonable save attempt. They are supposed to address any reason you declined off course, but in the end it is your decision. This is their job just like any other company.
Depends on the models of each of your boxes on what may need to be returned. Also be prepared that cancellation goes through at the end of your service month. That means there is no proration on the bill. Also double check if you are out of a service agreement or how many months left, in case you need to factor an Early Cancellation Fee (ECF).
Though the forum help team can sometimes help resolve issues, historically the only way to cancel is over the phone. If they can do a special workaround with a specialist by Direct Message (DM) that would be great.
As a side note suspending service is not the same thing as canceling. That is temporary (max 6 months within 12 month period) and auto turns back on at the end. (Just a precaution as comes up every so often).
