DIRECTV Account combined will with Century Link.

I have a combined bill with CenturyLink and Directv.  The Directv account number they have on my bill is a 10 digit account number.  This number doesn't work.  How am I able to access my Directv account, create a password, and use other services (ie Directv on Demand, ESPN apps, FoxSports apps).  This is very frustrating and I keep getting bounced back and forth between CenturyLink and Directv and can't get an answer.

AFAIK you go to the DTV website to open an account but with the new partner moving billing and the website to them there has been problems with it.

Normally on a combined bill, only the Telco's account number shows (in this case CenturyLink). The DirecTV account number would have been on the early bills (before they combined) and may even show in your order confirmation.

When you go to DirecTV's website, you should be able to create your login by using the phone number and zip code you signed up under. Naturally you create your username and password during that process.
