How long does a user last?

I am on my 3rd user and email here. When I go to log in it says incorrect credentials. If I click forgot password it never sends the reset email. If I try to create the user it says it already exists. 
Who runs the forum?  We are asking for legitimate assistance. 

There is no time limit of users lasting. DirecTV has their own team that runs the forum of course.

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies and even using another browser?

Are you using a VPN or accessing internet out of country?

What is the username you are having trouble accessing?

(I am a customer like you, but as an ACE perhaps I can give notice to someone who can get eyes on to see if there is a technical issue with your account)

There may be other login issues that are being checked.
